ProRep Live Reptile Moss can be used as cage decoration or as a substrate. Live sphagnum moss is  normally used wet to provide a humid hide for moisture-loving reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Moss in a humid hide is especially important for helping reptiles to shed their skin.
